Getting Started
Sojourn is a Christian Walk application designed for focused, distraction-free Scripture engagement. It supports multi-tab reading, note-taking, memorization, prayer management, and speed reading.
Creating an Account
Registration is by invitation only. An existing administrator will send an invitation to your email address. The email contains a Create Your Account link that takes you to the registration page with your email pre-filled.
To complete registration, you'll need to provide:
- Your name
- A password
Your First Read
Once signed in, you'll land on the reading interface. If a Bible translation has been imported by an administrator, you'll see the text immediately.
- Use the sidebar (desktop) or bottom navigation (mobile) to navigate
- Open the command palette with Ctrl+K (or Cmd+K on Mac) to quickly jump to any book and chapter
- Navigate between chapters using the arrow buttons at the top or bottom of the page
Navigation
The main sections of Sojourn are accessible from the sidebar:

Command Palette
Press Ctrl+K (or Cmd+K on Mac) to open the command palette. From here you can:
- Jump to any Bible book and chapter
- Switch reading modes (verse-by-verse or paragraph)
- Start a speed reading session
- Copy selected verses in multiple formats
- Navigate to any section of the app
- Add a prayer quickly
The command palette is context-aware — it promotes actions relevant to your current page.
